Leadership Programme Launched

November has seen a long awaited project come to fruition with the launch of our internal leadership programme, ‘Step-Up’. The programme offers four new leadership positions which employees take on in as an extension of their existing roles, offering a supported and staged transition to leadership. In addition, the group will take on a 6 month training programme, combining in person, online and experiential learning, which will see them gain new skills in leadership and circular economy, with courses delivered by NMIS (National Manufacturing Institute Scotland) and the University of Strathclyde.

We would like to extend our congratulations our first ever Step-Up to Leadership cohort, and look forward to seeing the programme grow and evolve over the coming years.
